Corporate Vision: To change the
way most people invest.
We hope that true diversification of
portfolios, with a focus on value, will
become the norm.
ETFM is a Registered
Investment Advisor (RIA) and has clients in approximately 15
different states.
At ETFM, our mission is to
provide personalized investment advice and coordinated
financial planning that allows our clients to pursue what is
most important to them.
Thomas
Cloud, Jr.,
president of ETFM, understands that every client has unique
needs.
For investment management
services our firm charges an asset management fee which
typically ranges from 1% to 2% per year of assets under
management. This fee is billed quarterly and is charged to
the client's account. Charles Schwab has been selected as
Eleven Two Fund Management's primary custodian.
Eleven Two Fund Management
gives investment advice that is different because it focuses
on true or proper diversification. Diversifying our client's
portfolios into 7 or even 8 different baskets or sectors. A
Truly Diversified Portfolio (TDP).
Most advice from professionals or the media (newsletters,
television, magazines, the internet, etc.) will recommend
that an investor put "_% in US value, _% in US
growth, _% in US large cap, _% in US small
cap, _% in US bonds, and _% in US cash (currency)."
Some will also add _% in international.
US is in bold lettering to
indicate that ultimately this is one basket, subject to the
performance of the US dollar or economy (one danger).
From his research and
perspective, Thomas Cloud, Jr. believes the best way to
manage risk, protect the investor from multiple economic
dangers, and increase the reliability of returns is to truly
diversify. Different asset classes to achieve this type of
diversification could include: real estate (US and foreign),
precious metals, natural resources, US stocks, US bonds
(short, intermediate, and/or long), foreign stocks, foreign
bonds (short, intermediate, and/or long), foreign currency,
and cash. Eleven Two Fund Management uses primarily no load
mutual funds and ETFs to achieve true diversification for
its clients. For larger accounts ($1 million+) ETFM will
also recommend Separately Managed Accounts and no load
variable annuities to help better control taxes.
What Makes Us
Different?
The basis for our investment and financial advice.
● The investment advice we give is based on ancient
scriptural principles. We encourage our clients to get truly
diversified with their investments, so in the event that one
or a couple of areas are not performing well others will.
Utilizing this type of investment strategy (dynamic macro
approach) helps to preserve capital and increase the
consistency of our client's returns more so than investing
most of the money in any one type of investment. Most
financial advisors will only recommend US stocks, bonds, and
cash. This is not good because it does not protect their
client's portfolios from downturns in the US economy or
dollar.
● Eleven Two Fund
Management is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA),
which allows us to recommend the investments that are best
for our clients. We are not compensated by commissions
on the recommendation of mutual funds, stocks, variable
annuities, or bonds nor do we sell any of these products.
Instead we are compensated directly by our clients and use
Charles Schwab Institutional as our primary custodian. There
are no hidden fees or commissions.
● Eleven Two Fund
Management has access to around 1900 mutual funds that are
made available only to investment advisors. Eleven Two Fund
Management can also utilize funds with lower operating
expenses and no commissions like their retail equivalents.
● We recommend our
clients make biblically sound financial decisions with the
money that has been entrusted to their care. For example, we
believe it is good to leave money to one's children and
grandchildren.
Our Independence.
We do not work for a specific broker dealer, mutual fund
company, bank, or insurance brokerage firm, and therefore do
not have mutual funds, insurance products, bonds, or stocks
we are pressured by a parent company to recommend or sale to
our clients. Eleven Two Fund Management's independence
allows us to evaluate our client's situation and then make
recommendations that are in our client's best interest.
Please read #4 in the free eBook, "The Ten Biggest Mistakes
Investors Make," to learn more about the importance of
having an independent financial planner/advisor. We provide
our clients the safety and name recognition of the largest
financial services and insurance companies in the world in
addition to outstanding personal service and attention which
is something we take pride in giving our clients.
Eleven Two Fund Management does not
provide legal or tax advice.
